The Simcoe County Paramedic Push 2019 is in support of Redwood Park Communities!

On June 12, County of Simcoe Paramedic Services and Paramedics of OPSEU Local 303, in partnership with Rock 95, 107.5 Kool FM, Canadian Forces Base Borden and GIANT Barrie, are set to push for Redwood Park Communities' Hope Through Housing initiative and raise awareness to the local impacts of homelessness at the County’s third annual Paramedic Push.

Starting at the Alliston Paramedic Services Station on Wednesday, June 12, at 8 a.m., County of Simcoe Paramedics will push a stretcher along County Road 15 to the Paramedic Services Station in Angus to highlight the impacts of homelessness on the overall health of our local communities. Several community leaders, including MPPs, County staff and elected officials have volunteered to take part in this grassroots initiative and be stretchered for a section of the 27 km route.
